6. What have you learnt about the technologies from the process of constructing your product?

- Blog -> It is a useful way of showing other people how we produced our thriller opening and it also helped us to keep organised.

- Camera equipment -> By using the Camera we have learnt that we need to get multiple shots in order to have a good range when it comes to editing. We also learnt how to do a dolly zoom using just the camera (explain). By using the Tripod we learnt that it keeps our footage steady which is essential for getting a good mark.

- Final Cut -> We have learnt how to add filters to create different effects, transitions between shots e.g. fade in fade out, adding an effect to the titles e.g. making them shake. One problem was that after adding an effect onto the video we then had to render it all which sometimes took along time e.g. 10 mins.

- Garageband -> We leant how to layer sounds over each other to make it sound more realistic also how to cut the sound down to make it shorter. One problem is that when we moved the sound across the fades wouldn't move with them, solved by taking fade out then move sounds and then adding the fades back in.
